By using Business Sites, you acknowledge that your account may be terminated at any time, with or without cause, if you breach any provision of these Terms or engage in activity that jeopardizes the integrity of our ranking methodology, including but not limited to falsifying tool utility data, spamming, or infringing third‑party rights.

Upon termination, we will deactivate your login credentials and remove access to any premium features. However, any content you have contributed—such as reviews, comments, or uploaded resources—may be retained in our archives for a period of up to ninety (90) days to ensure continuity of the public ranking data and to comply with legal obligations.

If you discover inaccurate or outdated information about your business on the platform, you may request removal or correction. Requests must be submitted through the Contact Us page and will be evaluated within ten (10) business days. We reserve the right to retain factual data that is essential to the comparative rankings, provided it does not violate privacy or intellectual property rights.

We handle all personal data in accordance with applicable U.S. privacy laws. Your profile information, usage logs, and any uploaded files are stored securely and used solely to deliver the directory services and improve the ranking algorithm. Data may be shared with third‑party service providers only when necessary for hosting, analytics, or compliance purposes, and such providers are contractually bound to protect your information.

Should you wish to delete your account entirely, you may submit a deletion request via the Contact Us page. Upon verification, we will erase all personally identifiable information from our active systems within thirty (30) days, while retaining minimal anonymized data required for historical reporting and audit trails.
